To All Crisis Pregnancy Centers, Counselors, and Youth Ministers,

Do you have a client who has been faced with an untimely pregnancy?  Would she like to further her post high school education?  Many times a college education is out of the question for a teenager because, financially, she must place the needs of her child first.

We would like to help a young woman who is faced with this decision.  Our $1,000 scholarship may be what your student needs to pursue her education.  The Elizabeth Yox Scholarship Fund was established in honor of Betty Yox, our retired office administrator, who spent many hours counseling young women who were faced with crisis pregnancies.

If you have a client who has demonstrated a desire to further her education, while keeping her child’s  welfare first and foremost in her life, (this might have included the decision to place the child for adoption), please have her fill out the enclosed application and return it to our office.  This must be postmarked no later than
May 4, 2007.  Awards will be given out May 25, 2007.
