Dayton Right to Life is committed to helping those women in need who have chosen life for their baby. Our emergency baby pantry serves the needs of many families in the Dayton area. We provide clothing, diapers, formula, food, toys and other baby items. Appointments are required by calling 461-3625. |
The Parent-Infant Program began in 1978 by Mary Ann Walsh and a few devoted volunteers as one of the first educational outreach programs by the Greater Dayton Pro-Life Education Foundation. It was the hope of these caring volunteers to bring support and education to the youngest of parents at a time when little programming existed for teens. The program has educated thousands of young parents on important infant care topics. The focus has always remained the same with strengthening the mother-infant bonding process and creating a loving relationship between the young mom and her baby. |

CONTRIBUTIONS NEEDED FOR SCHOLARSHIP FUND
You can make the dream for a college education a reality for single moms in our community. Your contribution to the Elizabeth Yox Scholarship can offer a way out of poverty for these moms struggling to make ends meet. This $1,000 scholarship award is given to a young woman who has experienced an untimely pregnancy and wishes to complete her post-secondary education. Since 1997, this scholarship has assisted 28 women with over $22,000 in funds which were used for college expenses. Our goal is to award at least 2 scholarships this year so we need to raise $2,000.00.
